Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your item does not fit or is not as expected, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

 • Item must be unworn and in the same condition received
 • All original tags (including TrendLift tags, if applied) must remain attached
 • Item must not have new stains, odors, or damage
 • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs


Non-Returnable Items

 • Final sale items
 • Items marked “as-is”
 • Underwear or intimate garments


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@trendliftthreads.com with:
 • Your order number
 • The item you would like to return
 • Reason for return
 • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.


Refunds

Once we inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a new order after your return is approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will take care of it immediately.
